White label AI automation agency: what you are actually buying
Wobble is the white label AI automation agency behind other agencies. We build and run the automations, AI agents and dashboards; your agency puts its name on them, keeps the client relationship and keeps the margin.
This page is the part most partner pages leave out: what your client sees, who holds the accounts, what happens when something breaks at 2am, and how to test a partner on one workflow before you sell anything.
What a white label partner does, and what stays yours
An agency sells strategy, creative and the relationship. The work underneath, the integrations, the agents, the dashboards and the monitoring, is delivery. A white label AI automation agency takes that delivery layer and runs it under your brand, so you can sell an AI build without hiring an AI team for it.
The division that works is simple. You own the client, the contract, the pricing and the account. We own whether the thing runs on Tuesday. Nothing we build carries our name unless you want it to, and nothing reaches your client without you seeing it first.
Where this has actually run. Wobble has run 25 client engagements across six countries, and every one is published with its outcome rather than described in general terms. See the work, with the numbers.
Your client sees your agency, not us
Systems are installed inside your client's own accounts, not ours. Documentation, SOPs and dashboards carry your branding. If you want us on the call as your technical team, we join as your technical team. If you would rather we never appear, we never appear.
That matters more than it sounds. The reason agencies avoid reselling technical work is the fear of a subcontractor turning up in their client's inbox. Decide which of the three modes you want at the start, in writing, and the fear goes away.
What you can resell without becoming a technical agency
The common ones are lead response and booking, WhatsApp and inbox agents, quote and proposal assembly, reporting dashboards that pull from the tools a client already pays for, CRM clean-up and routing, and internal assistants trained on a company's own documents.
None of those require your team to learn n8n, prompt engineering or an integration platform. They require you to recognise the problem in a client conversation and know what it costs them. That is the part agencies are already good at.
How to test a white label partner on one workflow
Do not start with a retainer. Pick the single workflow that costs your most demanding client the most hours this month and have it built. Watch four things: how the scope was questioned before it was accepted, whether the first version ran without you chasing, whether the handover documents let your own team support it, and what happened the first time something failed.
An agency that answers those four well is worth a retainer. One that is quick and quiet about failure is not, however good the demo looked.
What we will not do
We do not take the client relationship, approach your clients directly, or publish work that names them without your written permission. We do not ship anything that spends money, sends on a client's behalf or changes their public pages without a named human approving it.
That last one is a product decision, not a legal one. An automation that can publish on its own is a liability your agency carries, not us.
Answers to what agencies ask before they book
What is a white label AI automation agency?
It is an agency that builds and operates AI automations for other agencies, under the reselling agency's brand. The reselling agency keeps the client, the contract and the margin; the white label partner is responsible for the systems working.
Will my client know you exist?
Only if you want them to. Three modes: invisible, where we never appear; introduced as your technical team on calls; or openly named as your delivery partner. You pick one at the start and we hold to it.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
Your client does. Systems are installed inside their own accounts and tools, and the documentation, workflow exports and SOPs are handed over. If the partnership ends, nothing stops working and nothing has to be rebuilt.
Can we start with one project instead of a retainer?
Yes, and it is the sensible way round. One workflow for one client tells you more about a partner than any proposal does, and it is the test we would ask for in your position.
What if something breaks and my client is waiting?
Every system has a named owner, logging and a manual fallback, so a failure raises an alert and a person rather than silently dropping work. You get told before your client notices.
Bring one workflow and we will show you
Pick the piece of delivery that costs your agency the most hours this month. We will show you what it looks like built, under your brand, before anybody signs anything. The call is free. The diagnosis is not.
